Corporate Registries Solution

The Government of Northwest Territories is seeking a corporate registries solution that delivers a fully managed, highly automated web-based platform to streamline all Corporate Registries functions. The proposed platform must modernize registry operations by digitizing and automating core processes, improving data accuracy, enhancing performance, and ensuring long-term scalability.

Key requirements include secure integration capabilities with government and external partners, evergreen technology updates, and the capacity to support citizen-centric service delivery without disrupting existing client workflows. The platform must provide 24/7 system availability with high uptime, comprehensive IT service support, and a suite of robust tools, including electronic submission, automated data verification, fraud-risk scoring, sanctions checks, and enhanced search capabilities.

The Corporate Registry administers statutory registration and compliance for business corporations, partnerships, non-profits and societies, cooperative associations, business and trade names, extra-territorial entities, and other entity types as defined by governing legislation. The goal is to significantly improve reliability, automation, and service efficiency across all registry operations.
