DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive corporate partnership program services, with a focus on business development, asset valuation, partnership building, marketing, and sponsorships. The scope includes designing, launching, and implementing a sustainable corporate partnership program aimed at generating long-term revenue.

Key deliverables involve the development of a pilot corporate partnership program covering sponsorship sales (both cash and in-kind), naming rights, and an annual sponsorship sales program. Responsibilities include prospecting, designing sales presentations and collateral, drafting contract templates, and creating tools for tracking and fulfillment activities.

The selected vendor will manage the rollout of the pilot program, overseeing sales, negotiations, contract management, fulfillment, and reporting. Additionally, the vendor is expected to deliver a strategic plan for scaling the program beyond its pilot phase, recommending a staffing model to eventually internalize the program operations. This encompasses sponsorship sales development, the creation of sales strategies and materials, prospect lists, pricing approaches, and ongoing relationship management.
