DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide a centralized SaaS Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution for corporate use. The solution should support employees, temporary staff, contractors, and vendor personnel, enabling secure and effective access to systems and infrastructure.

The implementation must take a cloud-first approach, leveraging existing services and out-of-the-box features to minimize integration complexity and costs. The system should automate identity and access management (IAM) business processes for agility and quick processing and utilize integrable technologies compatible with current IAM technologies at Sunnybrook.

Core requirements include designing centralized identity services for governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management to reduce technical complexity. The architecture must be lean, flexible, and support future technology changes with minimal business process impact. Integration with existing EntraID investments is expected, and maximizing the use of current technology investments is preferred.
