Corporate Communications Consulting Services

An Ontario agency is seeking professional corporate communications consulting services to support both its strategic and operational needs. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Corporate Communications Strategy that aligns with the agency's business objectives. Key services will include crisis communications planning and support, with an emphasis on developing rapid response protocols and providing media relations assistance in both English and French. The vendor should also be prepared to serve as back-up spokesperson during emergencies.

The scope further includes reviewing and revising existing communication materials for clarity, consistency, and compliance with public-facing standards. Creation of new communication materials for both internal and external audiences, including digital and social media content, will also be required. Additionally, the consultant will develop stakeholder engagement and consultation strategies, manage issues, and handle proactive and reactive communications for high-profile or sensitive matters. Bilingual capabilities and experience in stakeholder facilitation are essential for this engagement.
