Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization seeks a vendor to design and implement its core ERP system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS), replacing the existing MS Dynamics NAV 2017 in a SylogistMission Navigator environment. The scope includes migration of master data, open balances, and at least five years of transaction history from the current on-premise system to the new SaaS platform. Cash management features, such as maintenance of bank accounts, approvers, e-banking users, and reconciling, are required.
Integration design and development must cover HRMS, CRM (CiviCRM), electronic banking interfaces (UBS, Standard Chartered), EDM (m-files), an exchange rate service, and Power BI. The solution should introduce an enterprise integration platform to replace existing point-to-point, SQL-based integrations. Security configuration will involve Azure AD/Entra ID SSO, role-based access, and row-level security.
Vendors should be able to set up environments for development, production, and sandbox purposes, and eliminate Rapidionline dependencies through native D365 Business Central multi-environment management.
