Copier Leasing and Digital Duplicator Service

The government authority located in Laredo, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide copier leasing and digital duplicator services. The required equipment includes high-volume production copiers with a print speed of 120–140 pages per minute, minimum print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, at least 512 GB SSD and 8 GB RAM, and a paper capacity of at least 8,000 sheets. The equipment must support various paper weights and sizes up to 13" x 19" for full-bleed prints, allow for reproduction ratios of 25%–400%, and include an automatic document feeder with at least 200-sheet capacity and single-pass duplex scanning.

Requirements also include mid-volume copiers with speeds of 45–60 pages per minute, minimum resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi, 256 GB SSD and 4 GB RAM, and a 1,000-sheet capacity, featuring 100-sheet duplex automatic document feeders and multi-position stapling finishing. For office printer and small copier needs, devices must print at speeds of 45–55 pages per minute, feature at least 1200 x 1200 dpi print resolution, a minimum of 1 GB RAM, 500-sheet paper capacity, and offer features such as color scan-to-email, fax, and wireless capabilities.
