DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Newnan, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide copier equipment lease and managed print services. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying new, enterprise-grade copiers equipped with printing, copying, scanning (email, network, or folder), and optional fax capabilities. All devices must support network connectivity and secure print release functions, with options for a mix of mid-volume and high-volume models.

The contract will require flexible leasing options, typically spanning 36, 48, or 60 months, with a fixed monthly cost per device and a cost-per-copy or print structure for both monochrome and color outputs. The vendor must handle the delivery, installation, configuration of all devices, and ensure proper setup for network and scanning functions.

Managed print services should include centralized device monitoring, automatic supply fulfillment (preferred), as well as usage reporting and analytics to optimize device efficiency and control costs.
