DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide convocation audio and video production services for a formal academic ceremony. The selected provider will create a visually professional production environment suitable for convocation, acting as the single point of contact for all production–related matters.
The scope includes ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and professional production standards, coordinating closely with university departments such as Facilities and Media Services, and delivering on–site technical support throughout all ceremonies. Technical requirements call for a speaker system capable of intelligible speech coverage in the gymnasium at approximately 80 dB, a primary LED video wall display installed behind the stage backdrop, and all necessary rigging for audio, video, and backdrop elements.
