Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The project seeks a vendor to provide a laboratory Software as a Service (SaaS) platform supporting control, competency assessment, and continuing education needs. The selected system should utilize redundant servers and be accessible from any computer 24/7 throughout the year. Security is emphasized, with requirements for encrypted documents, password protection, personal information safeguarding, and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) implementation.
The platform must offer robust server backup capabilities to ensure organizational continuity during planned or unplanned outages. A user-friendly and intuitive portal or interface is necessary, with modular architecture that allows components to be added or removed with minimal disruption. The system should support multiple role- or group-based permission levels, flexible user access configuration, and comprehensive traceability for all system actions and approvals.
Key features include lifecycle management for documents, customizable workflows and reports, reminder and task assignment functionality, document viewing modules, and the ability to download full backups on demand. The platform should generate site usage and effectiveness reports, provide fast implementation support, and enable easy customization to meet departmental or organizational priorities.
