DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Leonardtown, Maryland seeks a vendor to provide a range of contracted printing services. The vendor will supply quotations for requested printing projects, including detailed descriptions of services, quantities, binding options, color specifications, and formatting. A digital formatted copy of each document to be printed will be provided to the vendor, who must then deliver a digital proof for approval prior to production.
The scope includes printing, bindery, pre-press, and assorted graphic services. An additional requirement is that all vendor employees engaged in these services must report to the designated main office in school buildings daily for sign-in and sign-out during the performance of their duties. The contract will be for an initial one-year period. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
