A Texas agency is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the purchase and implementation of an automated contract lifecycle management system. This system is intended to support the full contract process, from solicitation to evaluation, award, and ongoing contract management, by providing an integrated platform to streamline all relevant tasks.
The desired solution should automate solicitation workflows for vendors and procurement teams, including contract creation, negotiation, and approval processes. Essential functionalities include real-time tracking of contract statuses, deadlines, and milestones, as well as maintaining a centralized repository for contract documents, amendments, and correspondence. The platform should facilitate collaboration among stakeholders through built-in workflows and editing tools.
Key features required are RFx management, a portal for publishing solicitations and vendor responses, in-platform evaluation and scoring, secure vendor registration and authentication, notifications for bid opportunities, and robust contract lifecycle management tools. Additional preferred capabilities include version control, audit trails, e-signature integration, and automated renewal and expiration alerts.
Vendors must submit all questions by December 16, 2025. The contract period will be one year. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 8, 2025.
