SUMMARY

Seeking vendor for contract lifecycle management system selection, requirements definition, and implementation planning for a Michigan county.

DESCRIPTION

A county in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide expertise and support for the development and selection of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The chosen vendor will guide the county through the entire CLM solution selection process, including defining detailed business and technical requirements and facilitating implementation planning.

Key responsibilities include identifying and documenting the county’s functional, technical, security, integration, and workflow requirements for a CLM system. The vendor will serve as a subject matter expert during the evaluation of available CLM solutions, assist in the development of a formal request for proposal for solution procurement, and provide recommendations on the system best suited to the county’s needs.

The scope of work also encompasses assisting with high-level planning for future project phases such as configuration, data migration, testing, training, system deployment, and post-implementation support. The contract will span two years. Interested vendors should note that a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 19, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by January 2, 2026.
