The United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Installation Contracting Division at Wright–Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is conducting a market research request for potential sources capable of providing a Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) located at WPAFB. The AFLCMC seeks concise capabilities packages from firms, including small businesses and various designated socioeconomic groups, that demonstrate their ability to meet the technical requirements and provide the required system.
Responding firms are directed to address the technical compliance of their products, indicate their business classification and socio-economic status, and outline any relevant subcontracting strategies. This notice pertains to market research and does not constitute a request for proposals; respondents should not expect contract awards based on these submissions. The Government may consider applying set-asides for small businesses or specific programs based on responses received. Participation requires registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
Companies are encouraged to submit relevant information, including the suitability of their products and any necessary team or subcontractor arrangements, by the stated deadline. Any subsequent solicitation for the CEMS requirement will be issued at the Government’s discretion following the completion of market research.
