Continuing Legal Education Access System

The agency seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive continuing legal education (CLE) access system. The desired solution must grant convenient access to a broad catalog of accredited CLE activities, including both live (in-person and virtual) and home study (on-demand) offerings, ensuring all educational requirements are met. The system should provide enterprise-level access through an intuitive platform that allows users to self-register for activities, download self-study materials, track attendance, and fulfill reporting and compliance requirements.

The platform must feature an optimized user experience with a responsive interface suitable for computers, handhelds, and mobile devices. Robust searching and filtering capabilities are required to enhance usability. The selected contractor will provide technical support for project administrators, including assistance with subscription activation, account setup, report generation, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the provider must comply with all current departmental data security and privacy policies, maintain a strong IT security infrastructure, and have established protocols for potential data breaches and the use of any AI tools within the platform. The contract will have a duration of one year.
