A government authority located in Orlando, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing landscape architecture and planning design services. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a range of services including conceptual design, park planning, landscape and hardscape design, the development of technical specifications, and project image and sign designs. Additional duties involve lighting design, development of design guidelines, streetscape program creation, and the production of illustrative graphics.
The scope also includes land management planning, shoreline design, and performing feasibility analyses related to shoreline development. The contract is set for a two-year term. Interested vendors must submit all questions by May 26, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 20, 2026.
