DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a consultant to develop a content strategy supporting implementation of its Strategic Plan and establishing a consistent framework for communications with travellers, employees, airlines, tenants, government partners, community stakeholders, media, and the public. The strategy should provide practical recommendations to strengthen content governance, improve audience engagement, support accessibility and official languages obligations, establish meaningful performance measures, and guide the responsible use of artificial intelligence in communications activities.

The consultant will manage the project from commencement through completion, including coordination of project activities, resources, and deliverables. Responsibilities include reviewing relevant documentation, communications materials, analytics, and background information; facilitating meaningful stakeholder engagement; maintaining confidentiality; and identifying project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints with recommended mitigation measures where appropriate.
