The selected contractor will provide content strategist and production lead services focused on developing content concepts and creative approaches for various owned channels, including consumer websites, the corporate site, social media, and email. All content must align with overarching campaign priorities and enhance the traveler journey.
Responsibilities include writing and managing production briefs for video, photo, and editorial projects, offering clear creative direction to agencies and production partners. The contractor will review, proof, and approve deliverables from internal and external contributors to ensure storytelling excellence and adherence to brand voice. Managing the editorial calendar and content production schedules will be key, ensuring a consistent flow of content from ideation to publishing.
Additionally, the role involves identifying content gaps, proposing new formats or story approaches based on audience insights and performance data, building a freelancer production network, launching a destination content capture program, and overseeing digital asset management and rights, including developing program guidelines around deliverable standards and usage terms.
