The vendor should also develop standardized, branded PowerPoint and flyer templates for both internal and public-facing use, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
The communications plan must be structured for various target audiences and align with prior messaging guidelines. There is a particular emphasis on highlighting the institute’s impact through a series of project videos, fostering engagement, promoting Indigenous ecological knowledge, and supporting transdisciplinary training to address workforce needs and encourage sustainable decision-making.
