DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive content creation and image services to support ecommerce, planogramming/merchandising, and private label vendor capabilities. Services must include automated and continuous validation to ensure that image and image descriptions consistently align with the associated universal product code (UPC), both upon initial upload and whenever updates occur.
The provider is expected to deliver high-quality, consistent, and accurate visual data and product information across all channels. This approach is designed to reduce purchasing uncertainty, enhance brand credibility, and improve product visibility both online and in-store. Ultimately, the goal is to strengthen the customer experience, increase patron loyalty, and foster greater trust in the brand.
