The client seeks a vendor to provide a commercial off-the-shelf contact center solution, including licensing as well as configuration and design services for implementation. The solution must support the creation of up to 200 user accounts for administrators, supervisors, and agents, and include capabilities for SSO integration and voicemail transfers to Microsoft Teams.
Vendors are also expected to deliver post-deployment optimization support to ensure that the solution runs effectively and efficiently. The anticipated contract period is three years. Interested parties are required to submit all questions regarding the RFP no later than April 10, 2026.
