The selected vendor will provide consulting services to support the creation of two new video series. Responsibilities include organizing, hosting, and conducting consultation sessions with local experts, indigenous elders, knowledge keepers, and staff to gather perspectives for developing video content. One series will center on environmental and ecological topics, while the other will address compliance support for corporations and local businesses with regulatory frameworks.

The vendor will develop a detailed project timeline with milestones, deliverable dates, and defined team member roles. A comprehensive overview of each series' creative strategy, target audiences, messaging, and intended structure will be required. Vendors will also produce high-level summaries for each video, draft scripts, visual directions, and narration, revising based on collaborative feedback. Additional tasks include drafting a production plan encompassing filming logistics, visual outlines, and accessibility features such as captions or transcripts.
