DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Palmdale, California is seeking a vendor to provide consultant and technical assistance services for federally funded housing and community development programs. Responsibilities include delivering technical assistance, supporting program administration, and conducting annual monitoring of housing developments funded with consolidated sources.
The selected vendor will also monitor public service subrecipients, oversee capital improvement projects, and carry out subrecipient monitoring and beneficiary verification.
