The government authority in Calabasas, California is seeking qualified vendors to provide a range of construction services. The scope of work includes public right-of-way projects such as pothole repairs, debris removal and disposal, asphalt concrete repair and paving, localized storm drain cleaning, repair and replacement, minor retaining wall construction and repair, and construction of foundations for signs, monuments, and artwork.
Additionally, contractors will perform work related to city-owned buildings, parks, and other structures, including minor structural repairs or improvements, such as foundation repairs, flood or fire damage remediation, minor upgrades or maintenance to community centers, replacement of building glazing, glass, windows, doors, thresholds, and exterior doors (including locks and access controls). The scope also includes building plumbing, electrical, and minor roofing repairs. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period. Prospective vendors must submit any questions regarding the RFP by May 13, 2026.
