DESCRIPTION


A government authority in New Mexico is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive construction services across various city-owned and managed properties. The scope of work includes maintenance, repairs, exterior and interior painting, commercial landscaping, fencing, and structural demolition at diverse facilities such as public buildings, parks, airports, water parks, cemeteries, golf courses, tennis courts, libraries, museums, sports complexes, recreation centers, senior citizen centers, waste water treatment plants, civic centers, and convention centers.

Additional required services encompass residential construction (including new housing), street construction and repair, low voltage electrical and cabling, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical work, electrical, roofing, landscaping, weed and brush control, excavation, earthwork, and water and sewer systems construction and repair. The contract for these services will be awarded for a one-year period. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the scope of work by March 11, 2026.
