DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Colorado is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive construction, renovation, and maintenance services for a variety of government projects. The scope encompasses general construction, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish work, as well as renovations and repairs such as classroom remodels, restroom upgrades, flooring installation, painting, door replacements, and ADA compliance improvements.
Preconstruction services are also required, including cost estimating, constructability reviews, and schedule development to ensure effective project planning and delivery. Vendors are expected to manage all phases of project execution, providing project management services including subcontractor coordination, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, the ability to provide emergency response services within 24–48 hours is essential.
The contract awarded under this solicitation will be for a five-year term.
