A government authority in Taylorsville, Utah is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive construction services. The scope of work involves mobilization, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) implementation, and traffic control measures.
The selected contractor will be responsible for removing existing asphalt at a depth of 3 to 5 inches, particularly in areas with road alligator cracking near the shop, as well as removing concrete flatwork at a depth of 0 to 8 inches with no reinforcement in the shop floor. The project also includes installation of 4-inch hot mix asphalt (HMA) in areas previously affected by alligator cracking, followed by seal coating. Additional services encompass crack sealing and seal coating on the existing asphalt in the parking lot and shop yard, excluding regions with alligator cracking.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2026. All contractor questions must be submitted by February 3, 2026.
