The government authority in Ann Arbor, Michigan seeks a qualified firm to provide construction services focused on comprehensive security improvements. The project scope includes installing approximately 1,200 feet of security fencing over 6 feet tall, complete with gates and related features, to enhance the perimeter security of the site.
Additional work includes the installation of security cameras, new interior and exterior lighting to improve visibility, as well as miscellaneous electrical work. This electrical scope encompasses surface-mounted and underground conduits, conductor pulling, and additional site work such as setting up removable bollards and trenching for conduit installation.
Interested vendors should note the scheduled pre-proposal meeting on January 29, 2026, and the deadline for submitting questions on February 5, 2026. Contractors experienced in security-focused construction projects are encouraged to respond.
