The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is seeking qualified parties to provide Quality Assurance Services for Civil Works, International Services, and Military Construction Projects within the Everglades Agricultural Area. This requirement is expected to be awarded in fiscal year 2027 and may result in either a Firm Fixed Price Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) or a Multiple Award Task Order Contract.
The procurement is intended to ensure adequate competition among contractors, especially those within the Small Business Community including Section S(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns. The contract will provide non-personal quality assurance services, with service providers being accountable solely to the contractor and not directly supervised by the Government.
