The government authority in Redlands, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction quality assurance services. Responsibilities include project management tasks such as coordinating and attending weekly construction meetings (either in person or via conference call), liaising with the city’s project manager and design engineer, engaging with geosynthetic manufacturers and laboratories, and attending the preconstruction meeting in person.
Field service requirements encompass preparing daily and weekly construction reports, certifying subgrade, and evaluating the onsite materials' low permeability. Upon project completion, the contractor must deliver a final construction documentation report detailing all monitoring tasks, changes or deviations from the original design, key observations and issues, daily and weekly reports, test results, construction photo logs, and as-built/red-line drawings.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 29, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 4, 2026. The contract will be for a one-year period.
