Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Sacramento, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive construction project management services. The scope includes evaluation of feasibility and constructability for potential properties during the pre-construction phase, assessing conditions such as infrastructure capacity, connections (electricity, water, sewer), and telecommunications services. Vendors will conduct value engineering workshops to optimize project outcomes.
During the design phase, responsibilities entail gathering business requirements and stakeholder objectives to guide architectural designs, as well as reviewing and evaluating design documents for constructability, accuracy, and adherence to standards. In the construction phase, the selected firm will define project scope, schedule, and budget, perform cost reviews and bid evaluations, assist with construction mobilization, and administer on-site management, including leading weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
For project close-out, the vendor must ensure completion and accuracy of as-built documents, manuals, and warranty documentation, and verify that the punch list and substantial completion criteria are met.
