A government authority in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive construction program management and related services for ongoing and upcoming government projects. The scope of work encompasses all phases of the construction lifecycle, including pre-design, design, procurement, and construction, as well as claims handling, administration, and a variety of technical specialty services.
The selected firm will assist with overall management, project engineering, planning and scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, quality control, cost control, testing, and record keeping functions.
