Construction of the ERCIP Wellfield Expansion at Fort Drum, NY

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is conducting market research to inform the acquisition strategy for the construction of the ERCIP Wellfield Expansion at Fort Drum, NY. The anticipated project involves the design–build construction of five new water wells, including associated well houses, SCADA systems and controls, as well as necessary site work, grading, utilities, and stormwater management features. Additionally, the project scope encompasses the installation of approximately five miles of waterline, communication infrastructure, duct bank, and overhead powerlines, along with other related tasks.

Firms with relevant experience, particularly small businesses and participants in federal business development programs, are encouraged to submit capability statements detailing their qualifications and similar completed projects. The projected value of the construction falls between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000, with an estimated completion period of 24 months from Notice to Proceed. Input regarding the project timeline, including any anticipated lead times or constraints, is also requested as part of the market research process.

Both small and large businesses are invited to express their capabilities, as the acquisition may be set aside for small business depending on the results of this research. Subcontracting opportunities will be considered to enhance small business participation.
