The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, is seeking sources for construction services related to the development of a new project office at East Brimfield Dam in Fiskdale, Massachusetts. This project involves the demolition of two existing out-buildings and the construction of a new single-story, wood-framed office building with a pitched roof. The office will include administrative offices, a kitchen, restroom facilities, reception areas, and an attached two-bay garage.
Additionally, the scope includes the redevelopment and expansion of the existing paved area to increase parking capacity, as well as upgrades for improved accessible access to the building. All associated site work is required, including utility work, earthwork (excavation, filling, backfilling, trenching, compaction, and grading), and restoration activities such as placing topsoil and seeding disturbed areas.
Interested parties must provide proof of bonding capability along with a capabilities package showcasing qualifications, relevant business categorization, and prior experience with construction projects of similar scope completed within the past seven years.
