DESCRIPTION


The government authority in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction monitoring services. The scope of work includes monitoring construction status by reviewing current permits, violations, inspection and testing reports, as well as evaluating certificates of substantial completion, punch lists, and both temporary and permanent certificates of occupancy.

The engagement will require a detailed description of proposed improvements, including architectural and mechanical systems, and, where relevant, an assessment of work completed to date. Additional responsibilities include preparing construction summaries with work completed by line item, reviewing the construction schedule and agreement, and inspecting at least 10% of residential units, site work, building facade, and MEP systems.

Interested vendors must submit all questions regarding the RFP by March 24, 2026. The initial contract will cover a one-year period.
