Construction Manager Services

A government authority in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a qualified construction manager to oversee infrastructure upgrades at the food science and nutrition building. The scope of work includes replacement of substantial portions of the mechanical and electrical systems, installation of a fire suppression system, as well as new ceilings, lighting, diffusers, and other related ceiling-mounted equipment.

Additional responsibilities include remodeling existing restrooms and locker rooms to improve fixtures, finishes, and accessibility, as well as various wall patching tasks throughout the building to facilitate these upgrades. Window replacement is also planned and may be conducted separately, though it may require some ceiling work in affected rooms. The project will further require installation of a new elevator or lift at the main western entrance to enhance accessibility. Hazardous material abatement will be managed by another party.
