A government authority in Scottsdale, Arizona is inviting qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the airport runway 3–21 pavement preservation project. The selected construction manager will be responsible for both preconstruction and comprehensive construction phase services on this critical infrastructure initiative.
Key responsibilities include reviewing improvement plans prepared by Mead and Hunt to assist in developing the project phasing plan and schedule, as well as identifying any long lead items. The construction manager will perform detailed cost estimating, conduct constructability reviews, and oversee delivery of all construction elements, which may be managed through one or more contracts. The CMAR will assume overall risk and ensure the project is completed using a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), managing all construction means and methods to achieve project goals.
Interested parties must submit any questions regarding the project by March 4, 2026.
