A government authority in Knoxville, TN is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the Senior Activity Center project. The selected construction management firm will oversee both pre-construction and construction phases of the project, offering advisory services to support decision-making and effective project delivery.

During the pre-construction phase, the construction manager will assist the project team with cost estimates, alternative proposals, site utilization planning, and construction phasing strategies. Responsibilities also include providing current insights into construction industry practices, labor markets, and materials availability, with the goal of supporting economical and efficient construction methods.

In the construction phase, the manager will be accountable for actively managing construction costs and schedules, ensuring that industry best practices are implemented throughout the project's lifecycle. The expected outcome is to deliver a state-of-the-art Senior Activity Center within budget and on schedule, employing effective and proactive construction management strategies.
