DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Chattanooga, TN is seeking construction manager at risk services for a range of pump station improvements. The selected construction manager will be responsible for overseeing pre-construction services and may have the opportunity to submit Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals for subsequent construction phases related to this project.

The project includes replacement of the mechanical bar screen, addition of a backup wet well level sensor, cleaning and painting of the screening room, and installation of a new standby power generator. Further tasks involve replacing two 36-inch header isolation ball valves with new electric actuators and upgrading cosmetic features such as the removal of the chart recorder and other unused items from the control room.
