DESCRIPTION


A government authority in El Paso, Texas is seeking a qualified provider for construction manager at-risk (CMAR) services to support a utility improvement project. The utility upgrades are designed to accommodate projected growth and ensure sufficient water and wastewater service capacity across the region.

The project will be executed through six work packages, each currently at stages ranging from 60% to 95% design completion. The selected CMAR will provide input to finalize these packages and oversee the construction, startup, and commissioning of the new facilities in coordination with the project Engineer. Additionally, responsibilities include coordination of planning and the sequencing of all construction activities to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
