A government authority in Tucson, Arizona is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Southwest Library. The selected CMAR will be responsible for both pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring effective project delivery through expert planning and execution.
During pre-construction, the CMAR will provide detailed scheduling, budgeting, and cost analysis, as well as develop comprehensive construction estimates. Additional responsibilities include studying labor conditions, researching materials and construction methods, advising on alternatives, and optimizing project sequencing and constructability. The CMAR will play a critical role in advancing the project through collaboration and technical expertise across all stages. The service contract will span one year, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 15, 2026.
