The government authority in Sugar Land, Texas seeks qualified vendors to provide construction manager–at–risk services for a major facility project. The scope involves the construction of a new indoor 50–yard gun range, an outdoor 100–yard range with 10–20 lanes, and a three-story commercial/residential burn building.
