A government authority in Frisco, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the planned development of new buildings. The scope includes both customary construction management at risk services and pre-construction services.
The project involves the construction of facilities utilizing a combination of CMU walls, stick framing, and pre-engineered metal structures.
