DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Tennessee is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. Responsibilities include delivering pre-construction services such as reviewing and critiquing in-progress design documents, advising on construction feasibility, sequencing, site utilization, and recommending alternative materials, methods, and long-lead material procurements. The selected firm will develop and update the project construction schedule, recommend design adjustments, and ensure expeditious project completion.

The contractor is also expected to offer value engineering suggestions, provide pricing for alternative or deductive design options, maintain a Cost Model Tracking Log, and suggest modifications to improve design document completeness, clarity, and constructability.
