A government authority in Hendersonville, NC is seeking to engage a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the new construction of a pre-manufactured metal building. The project encompasses the comprehensive installation of all associated building systems and components.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural elements, electronic security, AV equipment, data infrastructure, as well as both interior and exterior finishes.
