A government authority in Hinesville, Georgia is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a plant project. The selected contractor will collaborate closely with the project designer to perform comprehensive design review and value engineering of the current design, including evaluation of remaining design alternatives.
The role also involves working alongside the engineer to ensure the City’s project management software is kept up to date with bi-weekly schedule adjustments.
