The government authority in Globe, Arizona is seeking to engage a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for post-flood recovery projects anticipated in 2025. The selected construction manager will be responsible for delivering both preconstruction and full construction services related to flood event recovery.
Responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, demonstrating familiarity with current marketplace conditions, and providing comprehensive project planning, design review, and scheduling. The CMAR will also be expected to develop phasing and scheduling plans that minimize operational disruptions, conduct alternate structure evaluations and constructability studies, and prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal for approval.
Additional duties will involve arranging the procurement of necessary materials and equipment and managing on-site operations to ensure successful project delivery. The contract is expected to cover a one-year period.
