A government authority in Kissimmee, FL is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for upcoming projects. The selected construction management firm will oversee the successful, timely, and cost-effective completion of assigned projects, ensuring all phases are managed with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include full-time on-site staffing with competent project managers, superintendents, and supporting assistants to act as representatives throughout the construction process. The CMAR will provide comprehensive preconstruction services during the design phase, such as cost estimating, schedule development, document reviews, infrastructure evaluations, permitting, and administrative support to facilitate timely project delivery.
