DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Georgia is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk for a two-year contract. The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive oversight of project pricing, value engineering, and all aspects of facility maintainability and constructability. The role includes preparing cost estimates, conducting value engineering analyses, providing design and constructability reviews, and offering technical input on construction methods, materials, and bidding formats.

The construction manager will pre-qualify potential subcontractors and vendors for owner approval, manage and update detailed project schedules encompassing manpower, material deliveries, inspections, testing, and occupancy milestones, and maintain daily records of subcontractor labor and weather conditions.
