DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Dallas, TX is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for an upcoming project. The selected CMAR team will work closely with the city, the design team, the zoo, the project manager, and other key stakeholders throughout both the preconstruction and construction phases.

Services required include design review, cost–benefit and constructability analysis, comprehensive construction cost estimating at various project milestones, and procurement logistics analysis. The CMAR will also be responsible for project scheduling and assisting with the expedited processing of building permit applications. Additionally, the selected firm will act as general contractor for a designated portion of the project work.
