DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Cleveland, Tennessee is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide both preconstruction and general contractor services for the completion of an ongoing project. The selected CMAR will be responsible for reviewing existing contract documents, drawings, and specifications, evaluating current site conditions, and assessing the status of subcontractors and contracts.
